The hospital is converted the space below the parking deck structure into occupied space. Waterproofing repairs consisted of Cetco Coreflex waterproofing system (heat weldable membrane) approximately 28,000 SF of horizontal concrete deck; approximately 5,000 SF of Aquafin 1K & 2K/M as negative side waterproofing; 1,500 SF of a concrete topping slab prior to installing a Liquid Plastic Decothane waterproofing system; cavity wall dampproofing; and topping slab sealants. |

This project was for a new five star resort in the mountains of Virginia. New construction waterproofing consisted of 12,500 SF of rubberized asphalt sheet membrane below grade waterproofing; 9,200 SF of hot rubberized asphalt horizontal balcony waterproofing which included insulation and a paver system; 28,000 SF hot rubberized asphalt horizontal garden roof waterproofing system which included on grade walkway and vehicular pavers; and 10,000 SF of cavity wall dampproofing. |
