Multi-level concrete parking structure was showing signs of concrete distress, sealant failure, and was in need of other ongoing maintenance. Provided new sealants and polyurethane deck coating (45K SF) to three levels. Major repairs to concrete beams required shoring, demo, sand blasting, cathodic protection, carbon reinforcement, epoxy injection, etc. Performed other incidental sealant and concrete repairs as well. In addition, replaced two hollow metal doors with all new hardware and metal stair tower(s) repairs included concrete replacement, metal pan replacement, and metal pan reinforcement. |
