Multi-phase façade restoration consisted of complete removal and replacement of joint sealants, elastomeric ledge coatings, precast/concrete spall repairs, preventative maintenance through water repellent application and architectural appearance enhancement through the use of high quality stain. Access accomplished with the use of manlifts. |
