Waterproofing repairs to stucco & window/doors on (2) five story oceanfront condominiums. Scope of work included electrostatic rail repainting, stucco repainting and staining of wooden siding along parking lot side of buildings. Oceanfront work included flat wall reconstruction (i.e. demolition, metal studs, hard coat stucco); multiple flashings at wall openings & floor lines; new aluminum window/doors; sealants & elastomeric wall coatings; balcony slab edge sheet metal modifications; building slab extension redesign; handrail replacement; outdoor carpet & interior repairs. Work completed over eight month duration. |

Fourteen-story façade restoration consisted of joint sealant replacement, reroofing four corners utilizing thermoplastic membrane with pavers, demolition and reconstruction of deteriorated upper two floors of wall framing (i.e. metal studs/sheathing/EIFS), new flashings, curtain wall stabilization, joint sealants and elastomeric coating. Access accomplished via use of mast climbers and fixed scaffolding. |
