Multi-level concrete parking structure was showing signs of concrete distress, sealant failure, and was in need of other ongoing maintenance. Provided repairs to the concrete (i.e. full depth (595 SF), shallow (142 SF), vertical (148 SF), and overhead (272 SF); methyl methacrylate coating (9K SF) to the horizontal concrete surfaces; and provided migratory corrosion inhibitor (20K SF) treatment to the vertical and overhead concrete surfaces. Epoxy injection (300 LF) repairs were also performed. |

Concrete restoration, strengthening, and replacement included: structural slab demolition, steel beam replacement, design and installation of composite precast roof deck, restoration of corroded structural steel, shoring, overhead slab repairs, mortar overlays, cementitious waterproof deck coatings, and sidewalk removal and replacement. Masonry restoration included: cracked brick repair replacement, joint sealants, tuck pointing, water repellent and through wall flashing induction. |
